Shipment Options

We deliver with DHL and DPD within Germany, to all EU countries, and selected non-EU countries.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, goods are delivered within 2–3 days for domestic deliveries (Germany) and within 3–8 days for international deliveries after the contract is concluded (for prepayment: after your payment instruction). Please note that no delivery takes place on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery to remote regions and islands may take longer.

Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

Shipping costs (incl. VAT)

  • Bikes: €29.99 per bike for EU mainland deliveries. This fee applies per bike and is added at checkout.
  • Non-bike products: Standard shipping rates based on weight/size and destination. Exact costs are shown at checkout.
  • Outside the EU & islands (e.g., Madeira, Canary Islands, Azores, Channel Islands, etc.): Higher shipping charges apply. The final rate is shown at checkout; if your address isn’t recognized or a rate isn’t available, please contact us for a quote.
