Proof of purchase might be required, but rest assured, your journey is protected. What is the guarantee and what does it cover?

In addition to the warranty, Rinosbike offers a guarantee on parts from original component manufacturers. This guarantee also applies for at least two years unless otherwise stated. The guarantee only covers material and workmanship defects that were present at the time of delivery.

A specific component broke, what can I do?

  • Rinosbike Manufactured Components: Our guarantee is exclusively valid for Rinosbike manufactured components. If you experience any issues with these components, we are here to assist you.
  • Other Components: For guarantee claims related to components from other manufacturers, please contact the respective manufacturer directly. They will be able to assist you with their specific warranty processes. If you need help finding these resources, you can also mail us.

Claims Process:

  • Replacement Costs: In the case of a valid guarantee claim, you will not have to pay for the replaced frame or fork. We will handle the replacement and ensure your bike is back to its best condition.
  • Shipping and Labour Costs: Please note that there are associated costs for shipping and labour during the guarantee claim process. These costs will be charged to you.
  • Additional Services: When you send your bike back for a guarantee claim, you can also take advantage of our other services. We will provide a separate invoice for any additional services requested.

What if the replacement I need is not available anymore?

If replacement part’s aren’t available in the same way as you purchased you will be offered an alternative that would cover the same exact need.

While our warranty is comprehensive, there are certain situations and types of damage that it does not cover. Here are a few examples:

A member of our technical service team will reach out to discuss your claim and guide you through the next steps. If repairs or parts replacements are necessary and not covered by the warranty, we will provide you with our recommendations and options.

  1. Initial Assessment: You report a problem with your bike, such as a defect in the frame, forks, cockpit, or seatpost, or any other component covered under our 2-year warranty.
  2. Verification: Our team, or an authorized partner, inspects the bike to determine if the issue is due to a material or workmanship defect that existed at the time of delivery. This step may involve providing proof of purchase and detailed information about the problem.
  3. Approval: Once it is confirmed that the defect falls under the warranty coverage, your claim is approved. This means that the defect is not due to misuse, accidental damage, wear and tear, corrosion, or any other exclusion specified in our warranty policy.
  4. Resolution: Upon approval, we proceed with the necessary actions to resolve the issue. This includes covering the costs of repairing or replacing the defective parts.
