Closed Loop Recycling Program

We practice closed loop recycling by reusing all packaging materials our suppliers send us. Instead of discarding the protective materials that arrive with our products, we give them a second life by using them to safely package your orders. This means fewer resources consumed and less waste ending up in landfills.

Every box, foam insert, and protective wrap serves multiple purposes before it's recycled. It's a simple practice that makes a real difference.

Quality Pre-Owned Bikes and Frames

We also offer lightly used bikes and frames with minor cosmetic imperfections at reduced prices. These bikes perform just as well as brand new models but may have small scratches or aesthetic blemishes that don't affect functionality.

Choosing a pre-owned bike means one less frame manufactured and one more cyclist on the road. It's better for your wallet and better for the environment.

Warranty on Pre-Owned Products

All our pre-owned bikes come with a 1-year warranty covering frame integrity, mechanical issues, and components, dependent on usage. Bikes from exhibitions carry an extended 2-year warranty. Every bike is thoroughly inspected before sale to ensure it meets our safety standards.

Packaging Care Tips

We encourage you to keep all packaging materials after receiving your order. They're valuable for several reasons:

Returns and warranty claims - Original packaging ensures safe transport back to us if needed

Future reuse - If you sell or gift your bike, the packaging protects it during transit

When you're ready to recycle, separate cardboard from plastic materials according to your local recycling guidelines.
