How long does shipping take?
Most EU orders ship within 2-3 business days and arrive within 5-7 days depending on your country.
What's covered under warranty?
2-year coverage on frame, fork, and carbon components for manufacturing defects. Normal wear items (tires, brake pads, cables) are excluded.
How difficult is assembly?
The bike arrives 95% assembled. You'll need to attach the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and adjust brakes. Most riders complete assembly in 10-15 minutes. Video instructions included.
