Sandman 4

Shimano GRX400. For Rough Roads

The GRX400 has a special clutch mechanism that keeps your chain from bouncing around when you hit rough terrain. That means no annoying chain slap noise and way less chance of dropping your chain on bumpy descents. It's the kind of tech that used to only show up on mountain bikes, now tuned specifically for gravel riding.

Tested on everything from smooth gravel, to rocky washboard roads and even the Sahara desert.

Sandman 4

Gearing That Makes Sense

The 30-tooth small ring up front makes steep climbs manageable even when you're carrying gear. Pair it with the big 34-tooth cog in back and you've got an easy gear for when things point upward. But you're not sacrificing speed—the 46-tooth big ring gives you plenty of top end for fast gravel sections. Twenty gears total that actually work for real-world gravel riding, proven reliable on everything from mountain passes to flat prairie roads.

Sandman 4

Your gateway into bikepacking trips with 26 mounting screws.

Twenty-six mounting points across the frame give you tons of options for attaching bags, racks, extra water bottles, and whatever gear your adventure requires. The wide 40mm tires come with reinforced sidewalls to protect against punctures on rough terrain. Hydraulic brakes give you confident stopping power even when the bike is fully loaded. Whether you're planning a weekend camping trip or a multi-week tour, the Sandman 4 has the mounts, clearance, and strength to handle it. Proven reliable in rain, mud, dust, and everything in between.

Wheels You Can Trust.

Every Odin is precision-trued with TRUDI by Berd, the world’s most advanced wheel truing system.
That means straighter wheels, tighter tolerances, and absolute stability — so you ride faster, corner harder, and never lose performance to wobble or flex.

The Sandman 4 represents our approach to building an accessible gravel bike without compromising on the components that matter. At its core is Shimano's GRX400 groupset—a dedicated gravel drivetrain that brings purpose-built features to this price point. The hydraulic disc brakes provide consistent stopping power in wet and dry conditions, while the gravel-optimized brake hoods are shaped for comfort during long days in the saddle.

The TORAY T800 carbon frame delivers a genuine weight advantage at 9.8kg complete. Carbon's natural vibration-damping properties become noticeable after a few hours of riding, reducing hand fatigue and keeping you comfortable on rough surfaces. The frame's geometry is designed specifically for gravel riding—stable enough for confident descending on loose terrain, yet responsive enough for quick handling when you need it.

We equipped the Sandman 4 with thoughtful details that extend its capability. The internal cable routing protects your brake lines and shift cables from the elements. The flared drop bars provide extra control on technical sections. The Novatec hubs spin smoothly and are easy to service. Every touchpoint—from the ROCKBROS saddle to the carbon stem—is chosen to support long rides across varied terrain.

Available in four distinctive colorways and five frame sizes spanning 150 cm to over 200 cm rider heights, the Sandman 4 fits a wide range of cyclists. Whether you're exploring local gravel roads, commuting on mixed surfaces, tackling weekend bikepacking trips, or training for gravel events, this bike adapts to your riding style. Manufactured in the EU to our quality standards, each Sandman 4 is built to last through seasons of hard riding.
